2 Vehicle body 1.   Integrated steel body design, flat top. The vehicle body is enclosed as a whole, with a lower enclosure box. Two storage boxes should be set within the lower enclosure box to hold relevant maintenance tools, grounding devices, etc. The top is arc-shaped, the body is in the form of a frame-type interlayer, the outer skin is made of high-quality anti-rust treated cold-rolled steel plates for automobiles with a thickness of more than 1.2mm, and the middle frame is welded with anti-rust treated steel pipes, The interior is made of 0.8mm thick powder-coated perforated plates, with fireproof, flame-retardant, environmentally friendly sound-absorbing cotton that is harmless to the human body for long-term use filled between the top layer, the inner and outer layers of the side panels, and covered with glass cloth. The base plate is made of 3mm thick checkered steel plate. The carriage is strong and has functions such as rainproof, dustproof, fireproof, ventilation, sound absorption and heat preservation; There are also toolboxes for maintenance tools, grounding devices (grounding wires and grounding symbols), etc., which are sealed and waterproof.

3 Compartment intake and exhaust system The air intake and exhaust system is designed to provide clean, smooth and even air to the diesel generator set. The rear side air intake is equipped with electric/manual closed shutters, stainless steel wire mesh (with rat-proof function), sound absorption system, and the effective air intake area of the generator set can fully meet the normal operation requirements of the generator set. When the unit is in operation, the manual shutters are opened to ensure the air intake during the operation of the unit. When the unit is stopped, the manual shutters are closed to ensure the airtightness of the compartment and protect the equipment inside from corrosion during long parking periods of the vehicle. The effective intake area of the compartment is about 1.2 to 1.5 times the heat dissipation area of the water tank, which meets the normal operation requirements of the generator set.
4 Installation and maintenance of generator sets The installation of the generator set uses dedicated shock absorbers that are bolted to the base plate for easy disassembly. During major overhauls of the generator set, access can be made through the reserved access opening on the top of the carriage (without the need to remove partitions and cable winches).
5 Shock absorption system Primary shock absorption is achieved between the body and the chassis frame, and flexible secondary shock absorption is achieved between the generator set and the body using multiple generator set specific shock absorbers.
6 The unit observation control system Place the control instruments of the unit, the control panel of the unit, and the electrical system of the compartment itself in a separate operating room so that the operator can operate conveniently, efficiently and centrally, and observe the internal operation of the unit at any time when the unit is working through the observation in the right operating room; Intelligent control system with one-button start for all functions; Equipped with an emergency stop switch; Dust and water resistance rating ≥IP44;

The vehicle’s circuits are centrally controlled and equipped with AC/DC power distribution systems for use with chargers, lighting, sockets, etc. One set of 380V and one set of 220V external power output sockets;

8 Power output box The power output quick plug on the right side of the carriage, the quick socket installed at the power vehicle end is used in conjunction with the quick plug at the cable end. It has features such as quick plugging and unplugging, convenient wiring, reliable electrical contact, good sealing and insulation, water and dust resistance, shock and vibration resistance, long service life, and can be connected to external electrical equipment through the cable on the cable winch, and additional wiring copper bars can be added as needed.
9 Cable The rear of the vehicle is equipped with YC3*70+1*35 type flame-retardant rubber copper core flexible cable, 50 meters in length, with a quick connector plug at one end and a copper nose at the other end.
10 Grounding device There are dedicated positions on the vehicle for storing grounding wires and grounding stakes; One grounding wire with a length of ≥10 meters and a diameter of 25mm², with matching copper noses at both ends; 1 grounding stake with a length of ≥600mm and a diameter of ≥16mm, sharp at one end and a fish-tail screw at the other;
11 Generator set 1.   It adopts a brushless generator set with a power of 100KW, which can meet the requirements of long-term continuous and safe operation at full load. The rated frequency is 50HZ and the rated voltage is 220/400V. Speed control methods: Electronic speed control, start battery, battery main switch. The base oil tank capacity of the generator set is sufficient to ensure that the generator set operates at full load for 8 hours, and the installation position is reasonable and convenient for maintenance personnel to refuel on a daily basis. The control system can display water temperature, oil pressure, rotational speed, frequency, and all voltages, currents, powers, etc. can be intelligently achieved with one click. The system is three-phase four-wire system, rated voltage: line voltage 380V±10%, phase voltage 220V±10%; Speed/level: Electronic /G2 level, high-precision electronic speed control system.
