1. Overview of the vehicle

CLW5140TXFJY130/AXF type emergency rescue fire truck, modified from type ZZ5207TXFV471GF5 type II chassis of Jinan Truck Co., Ltd. of Sinotruk Group. The vehicle consists of two major parts: the cab and the body. The cab is designed as a double row and can accommodate 2+4 people. The vehicle is comfortable and light to ride. The vehicle is equipped with a 24V electric towing winch, which can pull about 10 tons of cargo; The equipment box is equipped with high-power generator sets and can be built with various frames and pallets for emergency rescue equipment as per customer requirements. The roof is equipped with a lifting lighting system, which can lift up to 8 meters off the ground and is equipped with 4 1000W lighting lamps. The rear is equipped with a hydraulic crane that can lift up to 6300kg of goods.

5. Structure of the equipment box

Material	The water skeleton and outer skin are made of high-quality carbon steel; The inner plate is an oxidized aluminum alloy checkered plate bonded structure.
Structure	The equipment box is a sealed box structure, and the exterior is welded with a frame; The inner skin is made of 1.2πm aluminium alloy with a small floral pattern. The internal frame of the equipment box is layered according to the specifications and dimensions of the equipment. There are three aluminium alloy roller shutters on each side of the equipment box, with anti-slip flip steps below.
